Pacific Hills offers a variety of drug treatment programs; a primary program of approximately 28 days, a day treatment program, an IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program), a transitional (step-down) program and often a long-term sober living residential program.

At Pacific Hills, a balanced, comprehensive drug treatment protocol typically includes psychological counseling, psychiatric and medical support, nutritional and health courses and instruction based on the 12 Steps of Alcoholics Anonymous. However, the core of the program consists of two spirituality tracks; a "Traditional Track", utilizing the principles of the 12 Steps, and a "Christian Track" where the 12 Steps are taught based on their scriptural platform.
